I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness. We look at how all areas of your life are connected. We look with curiosity not judgement. It’s easy to overlook all the things that contribute to your sense of nourishment and fulfillment. Does stress at your job or in your relationship(s) cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? Your health is affected not just what you eat, but also by how you move, connect, contribute and rest. As we work together, we will explore how all these parts of your life affect your health as a whole.
I work with my clients to get in touch with their body’s needs and consider how their routines and habits impact their health. Life happens and your needs change. I want to equip you with the self-awareness to make the best decisions for yourself in any given circumstance. You are capable of making well-informed decisions. You are your own expert.
What do you value most from your well-being? We’ll use your Whys to motivate specific goals, habits and routines, bringing you closer to where you want to be. I will not dictate a diet for you, but together we will explore why some foods make you feel better than others and how to strategically use that feedback. Together we’ll create your health goals within reasonable time frames and actionable objectives so you know exactly what you’re working toward.
